10/06/09 - Woohoo! We got our plug and we're starting to sand it! Here'a video link to what we did today.
 
08/01/09 - Composites Universal is awesome! We got all the foam layed out and glued and we got our top plug machined and glassed! We have also built a 4' x 4' test panel out of pre-preg carbon fiber to test the strengths of various core layouts. Check out the pictures here!
 
07/21/09 - We have completed our body design and have done extensive wind tunnel testing! Pictures of the wind tunnel testing can be found here!
 
06/04/09 - We're off to a good start on the 2010 solar vehicle (yet to be named) with generous donations from the OSU college of engineering,  the OSU student foundation and OSU's school of Chemical Biological and Environmental Engineering.  Aside from the important task of fundraising we've also been busy finalizing designs and making models.  Next week we'll have access to awind tunnel to test a 3-D model of the body.  This should be a productive summer for us!
 
04/09/09 - We are beginning to finalize our body and chassis and suspension! Check out our models here!
 
02/22/09 - We're now designing different bodies and running computational fluid dynamics testing on them to optimize our aerodynamics! Woohoo!
 
10/20/08 - We have begun construction on the new 2010 OSU Solar Car! We have made a prototype chassis out of PVC so that we can see how people will fit into this new car.
