First weekend in May
The team travels down in vans to "The Woodstock of Triathlons" in southern California!

This race is a collegiate club competition and Oregon State has placed several times.
We need 3 males and 3 females to be eligible for the collegiate competition. The highest
placing members on our team contribute to our overall time. The school with the lowest
combined time wins. The more people we have racing, the better chance we have of a
faster time.
The deposit for this race is $300 and covers cost for race registration and travel if you fail
to compete after registering for the event.
The club pays for race registration, food at the race, gas and camping. You are only responsible
for food to and from California.
Pacific Crest
Last weekend in June
Pacific Crest is a HUGE endurance sports festival! Our team competes in the olympic or long
course triathlons, but there are also 5k, 10k, half/full marathon, olympic duathlon and long
course duathlon.
The Tri Club rents a gorgeous house in Sunriver on the course. It usually has a hot tub and great
yard and view. We try to stay from Friday to Monday pending funding. This is a great event with
lots of team bonding and a good way to sum up your season.
The deposit for this race is $150 and covers cost for food and housing in Sunriver if you fail
to stay with the team after committing to do so. Please note, you are not required to stay in the
team house, but should you choose to do so, we require a deposit. If you decide not to stay with
the team, you are still eligible for race reimbursement.
The club pays for race registration (reimbursed after you finish), food at the race and housing.
You are only responsible for food in the mornings and your travel to Sunriver.
