Yes. Definitely.
People often ask me whether BDA requires a PCR license. Several patent attorneys
with whom I've spoken told me that they felt BDA did not infringe on PCR.
If that is true, BDA is a hot property. I'm not an attorney, however, and
make no such claim. I refer all such questions to Mr.

The patent text describes about
as much as I know about stem and loop length of adapters. Clearly these
are factors to consider in optimizing BDA.
