The attached page includes a bibliography of research papers which emphasize the use of geographic information systems (GIS) in the management or conservation of wildlife or areas set aside to promote wildlife throughout the United States.  The papers are in no particular order.


I tried to include as many peer reviewed journal articles as possible, however, the use of GIS in management is still evolving.  I hope the following information provides a reference for persons interested in learning more about GIS techniques in the field of wildlife management.
