In 2005, I graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Denison University in Granville, OH where I studied the terrestrial habitat requirements of pond breeding amphibians. My interest in amphibians and the factors leading to their population declines was sparked. As a graduate student at Oregon State University I have focused my research on the complex effects on amphibians caused by chemicals in the environment. I am interested in variations in effects across stages, populations and species of amphibians, as well as sub-lethal and community level effects.
