A typical Nora meal and snacks, with the ever-present gram scale (and butter). Flackers, rotolini (cheese and meat), strawberries, olive tapanade, cheddar cheese, cheddar crackers, apple, peanut butter. Just by inspection, you wouldn't guess this was a keto meal (i.e., 3.5 grams of fat for every gram of combined carb and protein). It's our nightly routine to put this together for Nora for the next day. It takes about 30-45 minutes each night. (Not counting the time for dinner and bed time snacks.)
