Sequence resources

This page provides access to a collection of annotated transcriptome assemblies developed through collaborations with the Weis lab, Demian Willette, and other colleagues. These resources reflect a catalog of the genes expressed in each species, and may be broadly useful for sequence comparisons, qPCR, or other gene-specific studies.

Information is free in the internet age, making restrictive usage agreements inappropriate. These data are freely available without restrictions or guarantees. We only ask that you email us a quick note about your plans for using these data in a publication. Enjoy!
