Description:

The MARC Tools window provides a simple method to access all the MARCEngine's functions.  As of MarcEdit 4.5, the MARC Tools window provides access to the MARC "making" and "breaking" functions, MARC=>LC MARCXML, LC MARCXML => MARC and MARC=>Dublin Core version 1.1.  For more information on any of these functions, please see below:
