Evaluation Procedure
Evaluation Procedure:
I had students fill out questionnaires, one at the beginning of the
course and one at the end. The one at the beginning was a Mathematics
Attitude Survey and the one at the end was designed to identify changes
in those attitudes during the course. The responses of the students
are on the web and I studied these looking for changes in attitudes
toward mathematics and learning during the course. I included direct
questions about their interest or lack of interest in teaching and about
how their attitude towards mathematics and teaching may have been modified
by the Chat Group topics and course.
