The kit arrives in 3 boxes.

The plywood is pre-cut.

The long pieces need to be fiberglassed together, holding them with water bottles.

This shows four of the wire stitches holding the lower pieces of the bow.

The plywood pieces are temporarily "stitched" to each other and to forms.

The lower hull is now "stitched" and ready to epoxy glue along the keel.

The hull has now been flipped on to modifed forms for epoxy of the seams.

Dick is using a #10 wood scraper to remove excess epoxy (I did a lot of this).

The wires are out and it's mostly scraped and sanded.

The hull has now been coated with a sealer coat of epoxy.

The hull is draped in fiberglass ready for a saturating coat of epoxy resin.
