The kit arrives in 3 boxes. |

The plywood is pre-cut. |

The long pieces need to be fiberglassed together, holding them with water bottles. |

The lower hull is now "stitched" and ready to epoxy glue along the keel. |
The hull has now been flipped on to modifed forms for epoxy of the seams. |
Dick is using a #10 wood scraper to remove excess epoxy (I did a lot of this). |

The wires are out and it's mostly scraped and sanded. |
The hull has now been coated with a sealer coat of epoxy. |
