Reservations must be made by March 28, 1997, to guarantee availability of accommodations
at the conference rate.  Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first
come, first served basis at the nearest available rate.

Guest room reservations require a first night's deposit, which is the amount of the room
rate plus the 8% hotel tax.  Guest room deposits are fully refundable if canceled at
least three (3) days prior to the arrival date.  Payment may be made by personal check,
money order, or a valid American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Master Card, or Discover
account number with the expiration date.  Please make a check or money order payable to
the Hotel Captain Cook.  Do not send currency.
